ZAPPED! Zapped by the infamous Rasputin!!
So my 1st trade auction was bidding for a jumbo 20th Anniversary Little Mermaid pin hosted by Rasputin. I was 8 pins in (both from my traders and collection) and was in a good running. I crawled from 3rd place and at 1 point tied for 1st. But alas, at the very end I got knocked off the leaderboard and lost the auction.
I had spoken to Rasputin about doing a simpler trade with one of the bids I had bid if I in fact lost the auction altogether. It was this pin:
He responded back to me that he was going to just give me the pin, as a consolation prize for bidding in the auction! *puppy dog eyes*
And when I received his package in the mail today, he also additionally zapped me with this pin:
Words cannot express how grateful to add these beauties to my collection (especially since I believe the Ariel WOC I had before I traded was some kind of counterfeit/scrapper; the colors on mine were not nearly as nice as the one Rasputin gave me). The Storybook is going on my Ariel lanyard!
