Rag my mum to see if mine arrived and she said I got two of the minnie pins :/
 
I think it's funny that in the UK you guys complain about Disney not being able to manage their order process and screw things up. But at least you have pins worth ordering.

Over here, we are spared the pain of screwed up orders because there's nothing to buy.

Irony.
 
Anyone get there order today?? as with getting no post tomorrow or monday and if they dont arrive today then would be saturday/tuesday for delivery

And am I the only one confused by the orange cloud in the background of the vanessa/eric pin, is that in the film?? (FYI not seen little mermaid in a while)
 
Ive only just recieved my email with tracking at 8pm tonight :/ so will they be delivered tomorrow as thought there would be no post tomorrow
 
I got a delivery confirmation but nosing of package today probably come tuesday as its easter weekend lol
 
I'm so pleased that I received my order but am so sorry about all the problems everyone else seems to have had! Its almost like the disney store don't actually want our money! Well, fingers crossed for lots of deliveries tomorrow for those still waiting on their pins :)
 
still no order for me, I talked to Tanya yesterday and she said maybe wednesday or thursday that we would recieve our orders which to me is a joke! I checked the tracking friday and it was in a depot in Rochdale and they could have easily have delivered it on saturday imo this is beyond a joke now. Im hoping to buy the fox and the hound pin and for it to arrive before I go back to ireland but at this rate it be quicker for it to be sent there than it is to my mums.
 
I arrived back from Miami yesterday & managed to place an online order on the day of release (which was also the day I left the UK) for 2 Hercules & 2 Vanessa pins - checked my e-mails etc when I was in a Hotel & Disney mentioned that my order for Vanessa was to be cut to 1, the 2 Hercules pins were okay & that I would receive a Cast Member pin for my troubles!

According to the tracking system via Yodel the Disney order was delivered on Saturday (yes a weekend!!) BUT the CM pin arrived separately earlier in the week from the Hammersmith Office & also happens to be the same Minnie pin mentioned in earlier posts without it's backing card!

My refund was returned to my Paypal account - BIG TIP where possible use Paypal to pay for your pins at checkout - this will avoid the delay when Credit/Debit cards are used & repeatedly declined & also have an online account to speed up the process (i.e. Log-in BEFORE the pins go on sale)!! Advice from relative working in DSUK which worked for me!
 
So can anyone comment on...are there still pins that have not been delivered to this date (vanessa?). I ask bc I set up a pretrade with someone who confirmed they had their pin confirmed and coming some time back and I mailed my pin (an le 100) and I haven't heard from them in a couple weeks. No responses email or PM. Getting worried that this whole thing is going down in flames and that I'm might be out two pins now. Or maybe they are still waiting on a shipment (which would be nice if they would tell me that). Eeeeekkkk! I hope this isn't my second international trade gone bad :( I don't want to stop trading internationally, its fun, but not if my pins just disappear. Meh.... :/ grumble grumble grumble
 
I only recieved my pins yesterday (tuesday)so there may be a chace they only recieved the pins then Amy.

I dont recommend Paypal though I used it once and they took forever to ship out my order of 2 designer dolls and when I rang with the transaction number was told it didnt exist and that I had not placed an order and took like 20 minutes to get the person to say yes I have an order but its still processing yet when a friend did the same exact order a day later she got her confirmation and delivery way before me.
