A TALES PIN GAME! ~ Grand Prize Winners Announced On Page 4! :) ~
Also concerned...dropped 30 bucks that I would rather not lose. It's been over 3 weeks since the winner was picked.I shot a note to Grimm today asking for him to look into it. Getting concerned as this is a month to the day that this game started and no pins for anyone it seems
Haven't heard back from the notice I sent...Anyone heard from a mod on this yet? Or any other news?
I hate to see threads like this. Why? Because this is the 2nd incident with this member (click on page 2 of her feedback). Unfortunately, even likeable people with good reputations in the past, can disappear. I know when the first incident happened more than 2 people had issues, but only 2 people ended up leaving non-positive feedback. So future buyers were not given a complete picture and could make their decisions on whether or not to participate accordingly. Or at least not be surprised if another situation arose.
I'm guessing the personal issues that were a problem last year, have resurfaced and I hope you guys get resolution soon.
I didn't leave feedback because I don't feel like she deserved a negative one since I did eventually get my pin, however many months later.
I spoke to Tanya today and there have been some difficulties that I don't have permission to disclose but she said she would be mailing on Friday
I agree, thanks for looking into it. We appreciate it! Hope all is well.Sorry to hear that she is having some problems. But thank you very much for the post, as it is good to at least hear some news on this matter.
From my POV, if the feedback system were intended to be "did you receive your pin" yes or no, then it should be set up that way; but it's not. I'm sure we've all dealt with issues where even though the service or goods were "obtained" the overall experience was decidedly not. Even with places that had always given good service in the past. Neutral feedback is there for a reason, but if all that ever gets reported is "got my pin=positive" "didn't get my pin=negative" we're not doing the community any favors. Weeding out the most obvious, and scammiest scammers can't be the only goal of a feedback system. So that means details in "grey" situations need to be a part of it. Even if it involves really, really nice people.
