The Marvel pins sold out morning of but people that came at 9am still got a set. There were like 15 people that stayed the night for the Avengers, the first people came on Thursday morning!? The brave pins I am 100% positive there will be people staying overnight, but maybe 30 or 40 at most. I'm guessing you can still come the morning of before 8am and still get a set. The pins are good but not great. Like everyone says, the Jessica Decades were still there after the line went through. I'm guessing of these Brave pins the Marquee will go first and you gotta be there by 9-9:30 to get it. The Stained glass and the one with the horse will go second, maybe around early afternoon, possibly a few make it to Saturday morning? The 3 cubs will be there for a day or two+ my guess, since they are $18.95, but they are 3 pins for that price. I just wish they were distinguishable. They all look like the same bear.

As I always say, if you want to garauntee you get a set, 5:30am is earlier than most people show up unless there is a Tangled, Up, or some other crazy wanted pin. I'm guessing 7am will even be safe for these Brave pins. The Marquee will definetly go morning of though. You figure the line will be go through the registers by 11, if there are any marquee's available after 11:30-12 I'd be suprised. Don't forget on big releases like these there is a potential for a suprise pin and a new Pin Trader Delight might make it out if enough people buy the one being offered. The Jasmine PTD is nice and won't last long, if they keep the new characters coming they will need to install a revolving door!

People get mad when a release gets hyped. People are going to come when they come. If you show up at 5am because someone told you to then you are obviously willing to stay 4 hours in line for the pins. Why be upset just because someone came at 9 and only stood 1 hour. Did you get what you wanted? Gamble if you like. I'll be there early to for sure get that Marquee in my Marquee collection. I think I'm over 40 marquee's now. Sad thing is I'm probably only half way done and then Up, Tangled, Wall-E are standing in my completionist way!

Just the point I was trying to make with a potential trader. These pins are LE 300 so that means there are a possible 150+ pins available for selling/trading one second after the release. The number of traders will remain the same for awhile since each trader will have at least one maybe 4 on Pinpics trade list. So when a Want goes down by 1 the Trade may remain the same. This release of Brave will sell out but many pins going to eBay and offers on Pintalk and DPF. The few that won't be core collectors will hold onto them hoping for a Rapunzel style pin value. The few that will actually trade or answer a Trade Request will want future value and not the current value of the pin or set of the pins. That's where newbies are misguided. Just because the wants/trades on a pin not released is 4/40, that is not future speculation. Many of the 40, once bought will change to their Have list. Maybe in a year or two if the ratio remains 4/40 then you have a Grail pin much like the Wall-e Marquee. But newbies must remember its present day worth not its gonna be worth. We've all been there where a pin is $80 then in 6 month or a year that pin is now $12 but the same goes true for that pin to hit popularity and become a reveal/conceal type.

Having DSF as my home "park" (DLR blah), since 2006, I know there are about 30 of the core buyers that we always see each other sometimes never talk or say hi but we see each other. The crowd has grew a little since the UP release but many jumped in only for the profit aspect when available and you can tell by their eBay feedback (<100) all sales no buying.

Everyone is welcome and see you at the release(s), be it a 11:00 pm sleepover or a normal release or a Pin Event, I'm just glad more are joining so I can trade my older pins for the new releases that I want.

But somedays, I wish it went back to getting to DSF at 8 am and getting the pin I want with no hassle or no rumors or when are you.... or how much will these be worth or or or or or or

I really wish I didn't live in the Midwest I really need all of the Brave pins.

If anyone happens to pick up extra, I would gladly pay for them.

Love.

Is anyone going 2 the beloved tales release? I would love a set! (well I need them for a trade lol ;)) I would really appriciate it and of course would pay for the pins and shipping... thanks! :)

I love the new pins coming out, especially the Melody Time pin. So glad I do not collect any of them though. Good luck to everyone who wants them.
