is the 17" LE Merida that is coming out on 6/22 the next in the series after the 17" LE wedding rapunzel doll? I have been out of the doll loop for awhile so wanted to make sure I haven't missed any!

Brave Princess Merida Snowglobe - Personal Photos

The Disney Store's Brave Princess Merida Snowglobe was released on May 31, 2012 online. It is a 5'' diameter snowglobe containing the medieval Scottish Princess Merida at the ready with her bow and arrow. It lights up via 2 blue LEDs, and also has a blower that will keep the ''snow'' moving automatically. The ''snow'' consists of blue glitter and larger multi-colored reflective leaves. You have to shake the snowglobe every few minutes to get the larger pieces moving again. It comes with 3 AAA batteries. Its cost is $49.50 US.

I bought it online on it's release date, and received it yesterday (June 11). It was photographed fully deboxed in full daylight. Then I switched on the lights and blower, and photographed it both in daylight and in the dark.

Yes. There is also a rumor that another doll will be released the same day. Not sure if anyone has found out anything new on that part though.

After hearing several varying views last week when this Cinderella doll was first spotted in the D23 video its looking more and more likely that this is a piccy of the upcoming 17" LE Cinderella. There was some debate over the size of the doll in the clip however after it was compared with the piccy below which shows the LE Tiana and Mother Gothel dolls in the same pods you can see that Cinderella is almost certainly a 17". So I would say this is probably the sneak peak of the LE Cindy that we have all been waiting for, Yippeeeee ;o) ...

It's great we managed to get a sneak peek of her!

The only thing is, from what the picture illustrates, I'm not too sure I'm a huge fan of this doll.... I wanted Cindy to be a very special 17 inch and a bit more detailed than what we can see.... maybe this is just a prototype? I hope so! Not a huge fan of her hair, either.... but maybe I am just being too critical, after all this isn't an official stock photo...

It could be a prototype or even a work in progress (she may not even be finished) the piccy really isn't clear enough to tell anything for sure. I cant wait to see the stock photos when the finally announce her properly, although I never find their photos do the dolls proper justice ;o)

I agree, the photos never do the dolls any justice... the stock photos of the LE Wedding doll were some of the worst ever, she looked very odd indeed... but she is absolutely stunning in real life!
