The game is a little like a raffle. The spots are purchased and once this has been done it will be a random draw of names. The first name out gets first choice of pins and the second, second choice, and so on until all 50 names have be drawn.

I hope oped this helps explain if you need more information please do ask and I will try to give a more detailed response from a computer rather then a phone tomorrow.
